Company Description Bihar Entrepreneurs Association (BEA) बिहार उद्यमी संघ is a not-for-profit, youth-led organization founded in 2011 to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bihar and neighboring states in Eastern India. BEA focuses on economic empowerment of youth and women, especially underprivileged communities, through entrepreneurship and grassroots startup support. The association runs the Enterprising Zone, a 6,000-sq ft internationally recognized incubation and business facilitation center that provides free hand-holding support from ideation to scale-up. BEA has conducted extensive outreach, including 80 “StartUp Yatras” and over 1 lakh direct interactions with youth, and has contributed to policy-making, including drafting the Startup Policy for the Government of Bihar. Supported by grants from national and international agencies, BEA has helped create more than 200 recognized startups and over 3,000 entrepreneurs, with its work cited in respected academic and res




earch journals.Role Description The Project Intern will support BEA’s entrepreneurship programs and initiatives in office in Patna on a part-time basis. Daily responsibilities may include assisting with planning and coordination of workshops and events, supporting data collection and documentation of projects, and helping manage communication with entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders. The intern will contribute to outreach activities, prepare reports and presentations, and help maintain records related to incubation and support services. Depending on ongoing projects, the intern may also assist with research on entrepreneurship, impact assessment, and compiling case studies of startups and grassroots entrepre
