Role Description The Owner at Titan Flaws will provide strategic direction, oversee core consulting services, and ensure the firm’s growth and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, guiding project delivery, supervising consulting engagements, and making key business decisions related to operations, finance, and service offerings. The role involves leading and mentoring team members, driving business development initiatives, and representing the firm in external meetings, partnerships, and industry events. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Agra Area, with a combination of in office presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
• Strong background in business management, consulting, or entrepreneurship, with experience in strategy, operations, and organizational leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, including financial planning, budgeting,



and performance monitoring.
• Experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or working with startups, with an understanding of technology-driven business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Demonstrated competence in leading teams, coaching staff, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in the Greater Agra Area and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
