Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Pune District. The Sales Associate will engage prospective residents and partners, conduct property tours, and clearly communicate the benefits of Tribe Stays’ student accommodation, co-living spaces,



and executive apartments. Responsibilities include managing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, and supporting lead conversion from initial contact through booking and move-in. The role involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate information, consistent branding, and a smooth customer experience, as well as tracking local market trends and competitor offerings. The Sales Associate will also assist with on-site events, relationship-building activities, and follow-ups to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
