Role Description The Senior Sales Engineering Manager is a full-time role based in Vadodara. This role leads the technical sales function, translating complex engineering capabilities in exotic metal fabrication into transparent, value-focused solutions for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales engineering team,



preparing and reviewing technical proposals, coordinating with design, production, and quality teams, and engaging directly with key clients to understand requirements and close strategic deals. The role also involves forecasting sales, developing go-to-market strategies, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring projects are scoped accurately to meet performance, safety, and cost targets. The Senior Sales Engineering Manager is expected to maintain strong customer relationships, represent Tinita at client meetings and industry events, and continuously improve sales processes and tools.
