Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Domestic and International Travel Consultant role based in Kolkata. The role involves advising clients on domestic and international travel options, creating customized itineraries,



and managing end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. The consultant will handle reservations through various booking systems, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate with suppliers to confirm services. Daily work includes responding to client inquiries, providing destination information, maintaining high standards of customer service, and resolving travel-related issues or changes. The role also includes keeping updated on travel regulations, pricing, promotions, and company offerings to provide reliable and timely guidance.
