The Role
Search has changed. Customers now find brands through Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot as much as through the traditional ten blue links. We are looking for an SEO & Analytics Specialist who understands both worlds:



someone with solid technical SEO fundamentals who is also building expertise in Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and uses AI tools intelligently to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities
Search & GEO Strategy
• Build integrated SEO and GEO strategies that improve visibility across traditional search results and AI-generated answers.
• Optimise content for AI citation and answer inclusion: explicit question-led structure, concise answer blocks, FAQs, comparison content and verifiable facts.
• Strengthen brand entity signals through structured data, consistent brand information across the web, Knowledge Panel optimisation and E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust).
• Track and report brand visibility, mentions and citations across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews / AI Mode) alongside traditional rankings.
• Stay current with Google algorithm and core updates, AI search developments and emerging standards
