Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the real estate sector. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present property solutions, maintain ongoing relationships,



and support the closing of deals in coordination with internal teams. Daily responsibilities include market research, follow-ups via calls and emails, updating CRM or sales records, and collaborating with the consulting team to deliver tailored property recommendations. The role also requires achieving sales targets, providing regular performance reports, and representing the company professionally at client interactions and events.

• Candidates should possess skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
