goodfolks is a home elder care startup in Goa, helping families keep their parents cared for at home, with company, not just support. We’re early: a small founding team, our first families in pilot, and most of the company still to be built. That means the people who join now will shape how we work, how we grow, and how families experience care. Who you are:

You’re a natural connector. People open up to you. You build trust in conversations without effort. You’re genuinely interested in understanding what matters to people and organizations. You get the details right, without losing sight of the people behind them. And you genuinely believe in better elderly care.

What you’ll actually do:

• Build and nurture our channel partnerships. This is your primary focus. You develop deep relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostics centers, special interest groups, and other ecosystem partners.



You carry our brand vision into every conversation and make Valuable Folks the name they trust when a family needs care.
• Community events. We’ll be running a lot of events, from conversations to workshops, for elders and the families around them. You’ll help plan and execute them with the core team, and assist in building a community that keeps coming back.
• Own the entire customer journey. First conversation to thriving relationships. You’re handling inside sales, onboarding, support, and when things get messy, you fix it.
• Keep the trains running. Daily reports, weekly check-ins. You’re organized enough to know what’s moving and what needs attention.

What we’re looking for:

• Natural people person. You vocalize easily, form relationships without friction, and genuinely enjoy conversation and connection.
• Fluent in Konkani, Hindi, and English (non-negotiable).
