About the RoleAs a Founder's Office Associate, you will work closely with the Founder on high-priority business initiatives across strategy, operations, sales, hiring, partnerships, research and execution.
This is a role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking ownership and moving quickly. You may start the day working on a business analysis and end it coordinating with a partner, solving an operational issue or helping close an important initiative.
What You Will Do• Work directly with the Founder on critical business priorities and special projects.
• Conduct market, competitor and business research and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare presentations, business plans, MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Track significant company-level projects and ensure timely execution.
• Work with sales, operations, marketing and HR teams to drive key initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners, clients and other stakeholders when required.
• Identify operational gaps and proactively propose solutions.
• Help build and improve internal processes as the company scales.
• Support strategic expansion into new markets, products and business lines.
• Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → outcome.
