About the Role
Meadbery is a rapid-growing D2C Ayurvedic supplement brand. We're building our first dedicated HR/TA function to support a ~75-person telecalling team and our broader Zirakpur operations. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role — not a strategic or "growth partner" mandate. You'll own recruitment end-to-end and handle day-to-day generalist HR for the Zirakpur office.

What You'll Do

Recruitment (primary focus)
• Own end-to-end hiring for telecalling and sales roles — sourcing through joining, not just screening and handoff
• Run volume hiring: fill multiple telecaller/sales positions on tight timelines (weeks, not months)
• Source directly via Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referral networks specific to the Tricity (Chandigarh-Mohali-Panchkula) job market
• Screen for role-specific fit: ability to handle rejection, sustain outbound call volume, and hit targets — not just communication skills in the abstract




• Track hiring metrics honestly: joins vs. targets, offer-to-join ratio, 90-day retention — and report them as they actually are

Generalist HR Operations
• Manage onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records for the Zirakpur division
• Handle grievances, exit formalities, and day-to-day employee relations
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance basics

What We Need You to Actually Have
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for sales, telecalling, or other target-driven roles — not only backend/admin/generalist HR. Be ready to name real numbers: roles filled, timelines, and what happened to those hires after 90 days.
• Comfort with high-volume, fast-turnaround hiring — this is not a slow, process-heavy corporate mandate
• Local market knowledge: realistic Tricity salary bands for telecalling/sales roles, and which sourcing channels actually convert here
• Straightforward account of your own
