Square Foot Investor is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Haldwani. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting client relationships, we’d love to hear from you

? Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and manage incoming leads.
• Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct property and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Convert potential leads into sales and achieve sales targets.

? Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.




• Robust sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to follow up with clients and work towards targets.
• Interest in real estate and property sales will be an advantage.
