Role Description The BIM Modeler – Underground Utilities will develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for underground utility networks, ensuring accurate representation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and related infrastructure. This full time, on-site role based in Noida involves coordinating with architects,



engineers, and project teams to translate design intent into precise construction drawings and documentation. Daily tasks include modeling underground utilities, updating and maintaining BIM data, detecting and resolving clashes, and ensuring alignment with project standards and codes. The role also involves supporting design reviews, assisting in documentation for construction, and collaborating closely with other disciplines to maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
