About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer with at least one year of hands-on experience in paid advertising, preferably working with D2C and e-commerce brands.

You don’t need to be an expert strategist, but you should understand the fundamentals of media buying and be confident executing campaigns independently, from campaign setup to the ad level.
You should be able to take a campaign structure, understand the brief, execute it accurately, monitor performance, and make day-to-day optimisations without needing step-by-step supervision.




The role will primarily involve managing paid campaigns for D2C brands across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience working with coaches, info-products, or other performance-driven businesses is also welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Campaign Execution: Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, ads, and targeting structures across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Audience Setup: Build and configure relevant audiences, including interest-based, custom, and lookalike audiences where applicable.
• Tracking and Implementation: Assist with pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and basic tracking setups to ensure campaign performance can be measured accurately.
• Campaign Optimisation: Monitor key metrics, identify performance issues, and make day-to-day adjustments to improve campaign efficiency.
