Role Description :-

The Centre Head Branch Operations will oversee day-to-day management of the Tirunelveli center,



ensuring smooth clinical and administrative operations in a full time, on-site role. Responsibilities include supervising front office, billing, and support staff; monitoring patient flow; and coordinating with medical teams to maintain high service standards and patient satisfaction. The role involves managing schedules, optimizing resource utilization, overseeing inventory and facility maintenance, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. The Centre Head will track operational and financial performance, prepare reports, implement process improvements, and support local marketing and community engagement activities to grow the center. This position requires hands-on leadership, active problem-solving, and consistent communication with senior management to align branch performance with organizational goals.
