Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Verification Executive to join our team at Echopeak Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, verifying personal or business information, updating records, and maintaining accurate data while following company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Contact customers over the phone to verify their personal or business details.
• Check the accuracy of customer information and update records accordingly.
• Communicate professionally with customers in English and Hindi.
• Maintain accurate verification records and follow prescribed process guidelines.




• Handle customer queries politely and ensure effective communication.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented setting.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory.
