IndusGo is a government-authorized self-drive car rental company operating across South India and Mumbai. We are looking for an Service Associate to oversee service operations and customer care, ensuring our fleet stays road-ready and our customers stay satisfied.

Role description:

Service operation Associate is responsible for ensuring the operational readiness, financial efficiency, and overall reliability of the vehicle fleet. This role serves as the central bridge between maintenance operations, vendor partners, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring timely completion
• Review and approve service and body repair bills accurately and on time
• Reduce vehicle downtime and improve fleet availability for bookings
• Resolve customer complaints, with priority on critical cases




• Coordinate with Fleet Managers to close blocked car cases
• Negotiate with garages and workshops for quality work at competitive rates
• Identify opportunities to optimise service and repair costs
• Lead and mentor the service team

Requirements
• Experience in service operations or customer support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Positive coordination and negotiation abilities
• Prior experience in the automotive or car rental industry is an added advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and flexibility to manage peak service hours and weekend shifts as needed.
