Job Description
Square Yards is looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals to join our team in Noida. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about sales, confident in customer interactions, and motivated by performance-driven growth and uncapped earning opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/B2C sales, real estate, retail, or business development and possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential customers through leads, calls, references, and other business channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within defined timelines.
• Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and documentation throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads,



follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Consistently work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
• 6 months to 6 years of sales experience
• Experience in Real Estate / B2B / B2C / Retail / Business Development is preferred.
