We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce MarTech Consultant – Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud with experience in marketing automation, customer data management, audience segmentation, and personalized customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities• Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns, customer journeys, automations, and audience segments.
• Work with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions.
• Support Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, including data ingestion, data modelling, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and activation.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs),



and Calculated Insights within Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Build and manage customer segments and activation workflows for personalized, omnichannel campaigns.
• Work with SQL, AMPscript, and data extensions to support campaign logic, personalization, and data processing.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, SFTP, and scheduled data feeds.
• Implement consent management, subscription preferences, and data-quality checks to support compliant customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign and journey performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable Data Extensions, Contact Models, SQL queries, and automation workflows for campaign data processing.
• Integrate SFMC and Data Cloud with CRM, eCommerce, websites, applications, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform campaign QA, troubleshoot data and journey issues, and ensure accurate audience targe
