Prime Zone Media is looking for an Operations Executive to manage and coordinate the execution of our advertising and activation campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for production coordination, vendor management, logistics, on-ground installations and campaign reporting across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage production and logistics for advertising campaigns, events and activations.
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, installers, transporters and other execution partners.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of branding/production materials.
• Coordinate and monitor on-site installations and campaign execution.
• Visit sites and travel to different locations whenever required for project execution.
• Collect and maintain installation photographs, videos and proof-of-work.
• Prepare daily/weekly work completion and campaign status reports.
• Track pending and completed work and ensure timely closure of projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and execution timelines.




• Handle on-ground operational issues and coordinate with vendors for quick resolution.

Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in Advertising, OOH, BTL, Events, Brand Activation, Production or Operations preferred.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and vendor management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site whenever required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Should be proactive, responsible and comfortable
