We're not a film studio. We're not a news channel. And we're not a reel factory churning out volume posts. We build brands and campaigns for startups, corporates and brands from across the world, across every kind of industry. Before you read further, go see our work on Instagram: @bochfernsh
WHAT YOU'LL BE MAKING
Some days it's a slick product launch film. Some days it's an animated explainer. Some days it's just typography, and making it move like it means something. Plus social content, campaign assets and whatever the next brief throws at us.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of After Effects experience, with a reel that proves it - A strong eye for typography, timing and motion - Someone who can take a brief and bring an idea to it. If you're a thinker and a doer, even better.
WHAT YOU GET
- A powerful machine with a seriously fast graphics card
- More importantly: pyaar, respect, valuable people and plenty of room to create
- Power-packed parties
- This is a full-time, in-office role.
Not remote, not hybrid. We want you in Mumbai, in the room, sharing ideas and making great work with the team.
PAY
₹6 lakh to ₹15 lakh per year, depending on your experience, skills and ability.
We'll pay more if:
- You know Premiere Pro and are happy to take on linear edits from time to time
- You're moving to Mumbai for this. Aap sapno ki nagari mein aa rahe ho. Hum package zyada denge, aur mostly ghar bhi, sajaya hua.
HOW TO APPLY
Email
[email protected] with:
1. Your showreel or portfolio link
2. A short note on why you want in
A few ground rules:
- Don't use ChatGPT to write your cover letter. Show us some originality.

- Your English doesn't need to be perfect. Language doesn't matter. Creativity does.
