Job Purpose
To leverage advanced knowledge of pharmacology for developing scientific product knowledge and therapeutic expertise among pharmaceutical field sales teams. The role will involve supporting scientific training initiatives, developing learning content, and enhancing the product knowledge and scientific communication capabilities of the field force.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scientific & Product Training
• Develop a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, pharmacology, therapeutic areas, disease mechanisms, and mechanisms of action.
• Support the design and delivery of scientific and product training programs for pharmaceutical field sales teams.
• Translate complex scientific and pharmacological concepts into easy, structured, and easy-to-understand training content.




• Prepare scientific presentations, product training modules, learning materials, quizzes, and assessment tools.
• Ensure scientific accuracy of training materials in line with approved product information and company guidelines.

2. Training Content Development
• Review scientific literature, research publications, and relevant clinical information to support evidence-based training content.
• Develop therapy-area training modules and product knowledge resources.
• Assist in preparing scientific FAQs, product information summaries, and learning guides.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Sales, and Learning & Development teams to develop relevant training material.

3. Sales Force Capability Development
• Support capability-building initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and scientific communication skills among field sales teams.
