About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients. The role involves promoting equity and derivatives products, assisting clients with Demat account opening, and driving revenue through cross-selling of financial products. The candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality client service.

• The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving the overall business performance of the branch, including revenue generation, client acquisition,



relationship management, team productivity, and operational discipline. The role requires strong knowledge of capital markets and the ability to lead a sales team in a target-driven stock broking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Business Development & Revenue
• Drive branch revenue and achieve assigned business targets.
• Develop and execute strategies for new client acquisition and activation.
• Increase business across products such as Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency, Commodity, Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, and other investment products, as applicable.
• Focus on increasing active clients, trading volumes, and overall client engagement.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and deepening existing client relationships.
