We are seeking an experienced iOS/Android App Engineer for a short-term, full-time freelance engagement. This role requires advanced cross-platform mobile development skills to build, enhance, and test app features on both Android and iOS platforms within a tight two-week delivery window.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance mobile application features for Android and iOS.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that adapt across devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate REST APIs, backend services, databases, and third-party SDKs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
• Test and debug applications across Android and iOS platforms; resolve compatibility and performance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver milestones on schedule.
• Prepare application builds,
technical documentation, and project handover materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in cross-platform mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter (Dart) or React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience integrating APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of mobile application architecture, state management, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Experience testing applications across Android and iOS devices or simulators.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Availability to work full-time for the entire two-week contract.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience delivering production-ready Android and iOS applications.
• Familiarity with Firebase, authentication, push notifications, and analytics.
• Experience with Google Play and Apple App Store deployment processes.
