Role Description The B2B Sales & Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B customers, including retailers, distributors, hospitality partners, and institutional buyers, while nurturing relationships with existing accounts. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines,



and negotiating contracts and pricing to drive revenue growth. The role involves regular client meetings, product presentations, and collaboration with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The B2B Sales & Business Development Manager will also track key performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and contribute to long-term growth plans for Courtyard Farms in the region.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or dairy segments.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals with retail, distribution, and institutional partners.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new channels and growth opportunities.
