About the position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Legal Case Coordinator to join our growing team. No prior legal experience is required.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with clients, managing documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and working in a rapid-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support US Personal Injury Law Firms by assisting in day-to-day case coordination.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients through calls, emails, and messages.
• Conduct client intake and collect required information and documentation.
• Follow up with clients to obtain pending records and provide case updates.
• Organize, upload, and maintain case documents in the firm's case management system.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary records.
• Monitor case timelines, reminders,



and pending action items to ensure smooth case progress.
• Update accurate case information in legal case management software.
• Assist the legal team in preparing settlement and demand documentation.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex legal matters to supervising attorneys.
• Maintain complete confidentiality while following client-specific processes and quality standards.

• Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• No prior legal experience required. Candidates from customer service, operations, administration, healthcare, insurance, BPO/KPO, or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral American or British accent preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
