Role Overview?️

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Bangalore team. You will engage with students and colleges, generate leads, and drive enrolments for our courses and internship programs. This is a target-driven role with attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities?

* Generate and follow up on student and college leads
* Promote and sell Airkrit’s courses and internship programs
* Build relationships with colleges, TPOs,



and student coordinators
* Achieve monthly enrolment targets
* Maintain CRM records and support student onboarding
* Share market insights and collaborate with internal teams

Requirements

* Graduate or final-year student
* At least 6 months of experience in Edu-Tech
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/regional language
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp
* Sales/EdTech experience is a plus but not mandatory
