About SnooplaySnooplay is building a faster and more convenient way for parents to shop for everything their children need. Through Snooplay Quick, our 60-minute delivery platform for kids and babies across Delhi NCR, we offer a wide range of products across toys, baby care, clothing, sports, baby gear, and more.
We are looking for a driven, sales-oriented Category Associate to expand our brand portfolio, build strong vendor relationships, negotiate competitive commercial terms, and drive revenue growth across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach brands, manufacturers, distributors, and vendors across multiple kids and baby categories, including toys, games, baby gear, fashion, baby care, and other relevant product categories.
• Pitch Snooplay as a sales channel and establish partnerships with vendors on a Sale or Return (SOR) model.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including margins, pricing, payment terms, return policies,



and other partnership conditions.
• Own the complete vendor onboarding cycle, from initial outreach and pitching to commercial negotiations, agreement execution, and successful onboarding.
• Identify and curate relevant products from vendor portfolios to build a robust, differentiated, and comprehensive assortment across kids and baby categories.
• Drive category expansion by identifying assortment gaps, emerging brands, new product opportunities, and evolving customer needs.
• Get commercial agreements finalised and signed, ensuring all agreed terms are clearly documented and executed.
• Build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with brands, vendors, and distributors to establish long-term partnerships and unlock further business opportunities.
• Identify co-branding, exclusive assortment, private labelling, and other strategic partnership opportunities with existing and prospective vendors.
