Role Description The Business Development Executive will work in a full time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, building a strong pipeline through lead generation, and conducting outreach via calls, emails,



meetings, and presentations. The Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance metrics and market trends to refine go-to-market strategies. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing regular business reports, and representing Daftar Route at relevant events or meetings.
Qualifications
• Ability to drive New Business Development and Business growth, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, and revenue-focused execution.
• Strong Lead Generation skills, with experience in research, outreach, and qualification of prospects across B2B and B2C segments.
• Effective Communication capabilities
