Role Description The Recruitment Process Executive will manage end-to-end hiring activities to support BookMyAcco’s growth in Noida. This full time, on-site role includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with internal stakeholders. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication throughout the hiring process.



The Recruitment Process Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, improve candidate experience, and support onboarding processes. The position also requires regular reporting on recruitment metrics and contributing to process improvements.
