Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation,



and records management for the Jodhpur office. This full-time, in office role includes administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating employee benefits and payroll-related information. The specialist will handle employee queries, support conflict resolution, and help maintain a positive, compliant workplace aligned with company values and local labor regulations.
