Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Dehradun.



The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving branch-level business growth in housing finance, including achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales officers, and expanding the customer base in the assigned territory. Daily activities include identifying and onboarding new customers, cultivating relationships with local partners and channels, overseeing loan sourcing and preliminary assessment, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role involves monitoring portfolio quality, coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. The Branch Sales Manager will also track market trends, implement localized sales strategies, and regularly report branch performance to regional and head office management.
