Role Description The Manager – Finance (Merchant Banking) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role oversees transaction execution in merchant banking, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of pitch books and investment memoranda. The manager coordinates due diligence activities, supports deal structuring, and liaises with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of transactions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring market developments, analyzing financial performance of client companies, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and documentation requirements. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, improving internal processes, and collaborating with leadership to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in corporate finance, merchant banking, and transaction advisory, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, and capital structure analysis.
