Role Description
• The Customer Relationship Management Executive at KALKI is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai. This role involves managing customer interactions across channels, ensuring a seamless and premium experience from inquiry to post-purchase.
• Responsibilities include handling customer queries and feedback, supporting sales teams with customer insights, and driving customer retention initiatives.
• The executive will track and analyze customer data, identify patterns in behavior,



and collaborate with marketing and store teams to improve service quality and loyalty programs.
• The role also includes maintaining accurate records of customer communication and contributing to strategies that elevate the brand’s overall customer experience.
• Provide on-ground support in the retail store during peak hours, weekends, or high-traffic events to ensure seamless customer service and crowd management.

Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on Customer Experience and Customer Retention.
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Good Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and the ability to support sales initiatives through relationship-building.
