Role Description The Territory Field Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area,



responsible for driving adoption and performance of NoBrokerHood across assigned societies and regions. This role involves managing field operations, building relationships with society management committees and resident groups, and ensuring smooth implementation of the platform and its services. The Territory Field Manager will oversee local sales activities, coordinate customer onboarding and training, track territory performance metrics, and support revenue generation through monetization and marketplace offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting societies, conducting product demonstrations, resolving operational issues, collecting feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
