Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, remote role focused on driving business growth and strengthening client relationships. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach,



and presenting Nexlyra’s technology and engineering services to prospective clients. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, create clear service proposals, and collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with practical solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records, providing responsive customer support, and sharing feedback from the market to refine messaging and offerings. The role also includes delivering product or service training to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing opportunities.
