Role Description The Travel Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City, responsible for organizing and managing travel-related services for guests, partners, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hotel and resort bookings, arranging transportation,



managing itineraries, and ensuring accurate documentation for all travel arrangements. The role involves communicating with guests, corporate clients, and vendors to confirm reservations, handle changes or cancellations, and address travel-related inquiries. The Travel Coordinator will also monitor costs, adhere to company travel policies, and support the sales and operations teams by providing timely, efficient travel solutions that enhance overall guest experience.
Qualifications
