Key Responsibilities

Tele-calling: Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics and doctors to introduce our services, follow up on leads and fix appointments. Handle incoming calls and enquiries.

Customer relations: Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients, answer their questions, resolve issues on time and follow up regularly.

Office operations: Look after daily office work such as correspondence, scheduling, filing, coordinating with vendors and keeping basic records.

Data management: Collect data from websites, directories and other online sources (data scraping/research), then clean it, organise it and keep it up to date.

Reporting: Keep call logs, lead lists and client databases up to date, and prepare simple daily and weekly reports in Excel.

Documentation: Draft letters, emails, quotations and presentations as needed.
