Role Overview
Thiran Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across North America and the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling software services and technology solutions, building client relationships, generating new business, and leading business development teams.
This role offers an chance to leverage existing client relationships, develop new revenue streams,

Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development for software services, custom software development, AI solutions, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts across North America and MENA.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client engagement.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Leverage existing client relationships to identify cross-selling, upselling, and account expansion opportunities.
