Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, property owners, mall developers,



hospitality partners, and key retail stakeholders. The Relationship Manager will manage partner onboarding, coordinate store-related discussions, and ensure timely communication regarding store performance, returns, and expansion opportunities. Day-to-day activities include handling inquiries, conducting meetings and presentations, maintaining CRM records, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations and finance to resolve partner issues. The role also involves identifying current partnership opportunities, supporting contract negotiations, and promoting SugarTown’s FOCO model and brand values in every interaction.
