Role Description The Training Coordinator (Ed Tech) will manage the end-to-end coordination of technical training programs focused on Oracle, Workday, and SAP. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North involves scheduling and organizing training batches, handling learner enrollment, maintaining training calendars,



and ensuring training resources and facilities are prepared. The coordinator will collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to align content with learning objectives, track attendance and feedback, and support continuous improvement of training materials. The role also includes communicating with learners about course details, assessments, and certification pathways, while maintaining accurate records and reporting on training outcomes.
