Role Description The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, primarily focused on farmhouse and plot sales. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sohna Tehsil, involving regular client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to understand client needs and recommend suitable projects.



The role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and property presentation to negotiation, documentation support, and post-sale coordination. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate project information, timely updates, and a seamless client experience. The position also requires maintaining a client database, tracking leads, preparing basic reports, and representing the company professionally at events and client interactions.

• Robust client relationship and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term associations.
• Sales and negotiation skills, including experience handling inquiries, presenting properties, and closing deals.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English and comfort interacting with diverse clients.
