Salary: USD 250/month during probation, increasing to USD 300/month following successful completion, subject to a performance review.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Analyst & Administrative Assistant to support leadership with daily operations, sales activity monitoring, CRM auditing, recruitment coordination, and administration.

A key part of this role is checking whether assigned leads have been contacted, required follow-ups have been completed,



and activities have been recorded correctly.

Key Responsibilities

1. SDR Monitoring & Call Auditing — High Priority
Monitor Sales Development Representative (SDR) call logs and cross-check activity against assigned leads. Verify required calls and follow-ups, maintain monitoring reports, and flag discrepancies with supporting records.

2. CRM & GoHighLevel Auditing
Review GHL notes, tasks, lead activity, and follow-up records. Identify missing updates, incomplete notes, and overdue actions. Follow up with team members and maintain transparent audit reports.

3. Meeting & Operational Support
Attend POD and operational meetings with leadership. Record decisions, action points, responsibilities, and deadlines. Track actions through to completion and highlight delays or unresolved issues.

4. Documentation & Administration
Edit, format, and organise business documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain struct
