Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services Associate role based in Gujarat, India. The Guest Services Associate will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating reservations, assisting with room assignments, and addressing guest requests and concerns promptly. The role involves close coordination with housekeeping,



food and beverage, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless service. The Guest Services Associate will also maintain accurate records, follow company policies, and uphold brand standards of hospitality and professionalism.
