Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Noida. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities, conduct client meetings, and present technical solutions that align with customer requirements in compressed air and fluid energy systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, offering technical guidance, coordinating with internal teams to develop solutions, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.



The role involves building long-term relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market feedback.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate terms, and achieve revenue targets.
• Relevant technical background, such as a diploma or degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field, is preferred.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems, fluid energy distribution, or industrial equipment will be an advantage.
