This is an independent, commission-based opportunity for individuals interested in travel sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Associates will help generate travel bookings, connect with customers, and grow sales while earning commissions based on completed bookings.
Key Responsibilities• Generate Travel Sales: Identify potential customers and promote travel-related products and services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Booking Assistance: Help customers explore suitable travel options and complete their bookings.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Work toward monthly sales targets and increase completed bookings.
• Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Customer Support: Assist customers with travel inquiries and coordinate booking-related requirements.
• Performance Tracking:



Monitor sales performance and work toward key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compensation & Advantages• Commission: Earn 30%–47% commission, as specified in the company's compensation structure.
• No Earning Ceiling: Earnings can increase with sales performance; actual income depends on completed bookings and applicable commission terms.
• Quality Accelerator: Additional 2% quality accelerator, subject to the company's eligibility criteria.
• Dedicated Support: Guidance and support from an AeroForce TAG Manager.
• Fixed-Pay Review: Review after three consecutive months of meeting KPIs, as stated in the recruitment poster. Fixed pay is not guaranteed at the start of the role.
