We're Hiring | Desktop Support Engineer
We are seeking highly skilled and service-oriented Desktop Support Engineer(s) to join our team in Ahilyanagar, Nashik or Pune.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable technical support.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site IT support as a Resident Engineer at the client location.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and breakdown calls involving desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MS Office, Windows OS, CAD applications, and ERP software, where applicable.
• Configure and troubleshoot email accounts and mail clients.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), including user account creation and access permission management.
• Manage antivirus software, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

Candidate Requirements




• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and relevant local languages.
• Skilled conduct and presentation.
• A practical, solution-oriented approach to technical troubleshooting.

Location: Ahilyanagar, Nashik & Pune
