About Saferr
Saferr is building a safer and more accountable way for schools to manage student pickup and release.
Our platform helps schools ensure that every child is released only to an authorised person, while giving schools and parents a simple, secure and auditable process.
We are now looking to partner with schools across India and are building our regional sales team.
The Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – South India who already has strong relationships within the school ecosystem.
This is not a traditional cold-sales role.
We are specifically looking for someone who can use their existing network and credibility with schools to open doors, meet school leadership, demonstrate Saferr and take schools from the first conversation through pilot and commercial onboarding.
What You Will Do
• Build and manage Saferr’s school network across South India.
• Leverage your existing relationships with school owners, trustees, principals, administrators and management teams to introduce Saferr.
• Identify and prioritise schools that are a strong fit for the platform.
• Secure meetings and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand each school’s current student pickup, dispersal and safety processes.
• Work with the Saferr team to structure pilots and implementations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from introduction → demo → pilot → commercial closure → onboarding.
• Develop relationships with school groups and chains for multi-school opportunities.
• Represent Saferr at relevant school conferences, associations and education events.
• Build a robust pipeline and deliver agreed school onboarding targets.
