Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Creative Brand Strategist and Project Manager. The role involves developing brand strategies, defining positioning, and shaping brand narratives across campaigns and content initiatives. The person in this position will translate client objectives into clear creative briefs, plan project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery from ideation to final output. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers, writers, and producers, managing client communication, monitoring project performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, maintaining documentation,



and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance brand impact and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
• Brand Strategy and Brand Development skills to define positioning, audience insights, and long-term brand roadmaps.
• Branding and Brand Management skills to maintain consistency across channels and steward brand guidelines.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and present ideas clearly.
• Proven experience in creative project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in advertising, marketing, media, or a related creative field; agency or production house experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital-first content, social media campaigns, and branded storytelling formats.
