? Eligibility Criteria• Preferred Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates from Electrical and Electronics Engineering are also welcome to apply.
• MBA candidates will have an added advantage, particularly those with a sales or marketing specialization.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong interest in technical sales, business development, and customer engagement.
• Ability to understand engineering requirements and communicate appropriate software solutions.

? Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities for CAD, PLM, or CAE software solutions.
• Generate leads,



prospect potential customers, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable engineering software solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and solution proposals.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile• Mechanical Engineering graduates with an interest in technical sales.
• Candidates with an MBA who can combine technical understanding with business development skills.
• Candidates with prior experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, or engineering software sales will have an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately.
