Role Description The Data Analyst role at BillCut is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing customer and product data to generate actionable insights that support product development, risk assessment, and business strategy.



The Data Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making across teams such as product, marketing, and operations. Day-to-day tasks include working with multiple data sources, performing statistical analysis, validating data quality, and presenting findings in explicit, accessible formats. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical problems and recommending data-driven improvements to customer experience and financial outcomes.
